Following our company meeting yesterday I am pleased to publish the paper we discussed entitled the Relationship management of oursourced services. As part of our discussions yesterday we agreed that to achieve lasting success the Relationship management process needs to start much earlier than most people actually allow, and that service transparency is a key factor to success, for both parties.
